  • A representative from Superb Fundraising will come to the school for the "kick-off" of the sale. We will review with the students the importance of safety when fundraising along with examples of merchandise and prizes.

  • Each student will receive an individually sorted packet including: brochures, Prize Wheel, order form, and parent letter explaining the sale.

  • We supply a 3-part order form to make it easy for all. The student keeps one, the organizer keeps one, and the third is sent to Super Fundraising.

  • Homeroom envelopes are supplied for each teacher to make it easier to collect the order forms.

  • We supply a self-addressed postage-paid envelope for the organizer to send back all the completed order forms after the sale.

  • All student's orders are packed individually with a large, easily-read label including the student's name, homeroom number, and teacher's name.

  • Prizes are included in student's order, if sale is pre-paid or midpay, or boxed by homeroom for post-pay sales. This is at the school's discretion.

  • All orders are shipped by our trucks to the school. Our drivers will unload the entire order and sort by homeroom teachers, or however the school would like to have them sorted.

  • The school will be supplied, upon delivery, with a computer breakdown of the sale, including individual student, class, and grade sales along with breakdowns of the the sale for each brochure.
